Hubby had a mushroom and Swiss burger with French fries. The burger was really fresh, not greasy... Quality! I had a chicken and cheese quesadilla and fries. Delicious! Our waitress, Jen, was friendly and attentive. This is definitely on my list of places to return to.

Its located downtown dells area but out of the main stream shopping area. My husband and I both really liked our meal. He had the daily special, a hot ham & cheese. It was actually a thick slice of ham with cheddar cheese rather than your deli ham with swiss cheese. I had a crispy chicken sandwich. It was good. Staff was friendly. Clean place with outdoor seating. Prices were reasonable.

Please be advised, DO NOT GO even it's the last place on earth, death is better!!! If I could give it a NEGATIVE STAR(S) I would!!! If you ever seen BAR RESCUE(TV show on Spike) my wife and I and others just experienced a segment! Customer service is a FUCK YOU small town attitude, no sense of urgency, expect long waits even if its only a few customers (at least 1hr 15mins), no one checking on you or giving you updates on your order, can only bring out one table's order at a time bc it seems like they were cooking one order at a time, no communication between the floor and the kitchen (bc the busser told us it's usually not that long if we are not busy which I remind you it wasn't busy at all that's why my wife and I chose this place, and I informed him that we had been waiting for an hour by now and he immediately apologized and moved with some urgency, the bartender (blonde and skinny) is VERY RUDE, after pressuring them for our food that we paid for, it finally came out, it was below average and salty (instant headache), we asked to speak to the manager and we could hear someone saying we cannot comp their food a lady came out and said it's not a manger on duty (Obviously bc of how this place is running) and we can comp the drinks which was $3 each. After all of that we still didn't get an apology or anything of that sort from the waitress or anyone except the one bus boy. I couldn't fathom what just happened to us and the other customers, too. It seems as if they're more concerned about maximizing revenue then customers satisfaction!

if i could give this place zero stars and just rip them to shreds i would!!! the service here is horrific to say the least!!! my husband and i had bfast here, waited literally an hour for it, no apologizes, no nothing!!! the staff was so lax as basically the entire restaurant sat and waited over 40min for their food. it wasnt even busy yet the food took way too long. just as we were about to leave bc we hadnt gotten our food and no one had come over to say anything, our food comes out and we decided to eat bc we were starving at that point but it was mediocre at best!!! when we asked to see a manager, we were told there was no manager and that our food couldn't be comped bc she "didnt have the authority" and the only thing she could do was take off our drinks?!! like wtf?! are you serious, meanwhile still no apology and her attitude was like she didnt give a you know what!!! why is there no manager, which i'm sure was a lie and if you didn't have the authority then why could you take the drinks off?? we walked outta there, didnt leave a tip and was ready to burn the place down!!! needless to say do not go in this place, it really needs to be boycotted or shut down, no place should be ran like this!!! it's a waste of your time and most of all your money!!!

Horrible service!!! They took 20 min just to bring us out water. We ordered and we waited an extra 20 min and the food still didn't come out we left. The server never checked up on us. She put her entire hand on our straws after wiping her sweat these straws weren't wrapped. Will never return! So disappointed!
